We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of a large-scale particle beam therapy system at a premier medical institution in Abu Dhabi. This is a landmark project in the region's healthcare landscape, offering a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of medical innovation.
What You'll Do
As Project Manager, you will:
Lead all aspects of project initiation and execution for the installation of the particle therapy system.
Coordinate with Japanese OEM (Toshiba ESS) and oversee local contractors and government bodies.
Obtain and manage necessary regulatory permits for import and installation.
Supervise and guide a local project team to deliver on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams, hospital stakeholders, and international partners.
Manage the full project lifecycle including budget, schedule, risk, and quality.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably involving installation of large-scale medical or radiation equipment.
PMP certification (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Knowledge of UAE regulatory processes for importing and installing medical equipment is an advantage.
