Develop detailed project plans covering scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and design teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and design intent.
Establish, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely achievement of milestones.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, guide, and motivate project teams including project engineers, coordinators, and subcontractors.
Foster a collaborative working environment with clear communication and accountability.
Conduct regular progress meetings to review performance, address issues, and implement corrective actions.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Provide regular progress updates, reports, and technical clarifications to clients and stakeholders.
Budget & Financial Control
Prepare and manage project budgets in line with company objectives.
Monitor costs, approve expenditures, manage variations, and control change orders.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize financial and operational impact.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Oversee quality control procedures for aluminum, curtain wall, cladding, and glazing works.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety reviews to maintain high standards.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate and complete project documentation including contracts, drawings, schedules, and correspondence.
Prepare detailed progress, cost, and risk reports for senior management.
Ensure proper handover documentation upon project completion.
RequirementsEducation
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture
, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum
5 years of project management experience
in aluminum, facade, or construction projects.
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong knowledge of facade systems, aluminum curtain walls, cladding, and glazing works.
Proficiency in project management software such as
MS Project or Primavera
.
Working knowledge of
AutoCAD
and facade-related design documentation.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Thorough understanding of construction
