Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the execution of aluminum projects (curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, etc.)
Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and site teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards
Represent the company in client meetings and resolve technical or site issues
Lead and guide project engineers, supervisors, and workers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (required)
Minimum 10 years of experience
in aluminum project management
Additional certifications or postgraduate degrees are a plus
Strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems and project execution
Proven leadership and team management experience
Arabic speaking
is preferred
UAE driving license
is a plus
