Plan, manage, and supervise interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress.
Review project drawings, material submittals, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and cost control sheets.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
Ensure all approvals, permits, and handover documentation are in place.
Report project updates and challenges to management regularly.
