Louzan Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver
mall management, hospitality, and restaurant projects
. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion across multiple sectors, ensuring operational excellence, timely delivery, and cost efficiency. This role demands strategic thinking, cross-functional coordination, and expertise in both retail and F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects related to
mall operations, hospitality, and restaurant openings/renovations
.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
Coordinate with mall operators, hotel/restaurant management, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards across all projects.
Conduct regular inspections, progress reviews, and status reporting to senior management.
Support operational optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience managing
mall, hospitality, and restaurant projects
.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency with project management tools
