We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee our agricultural projects, with a special focus on palm cultivation, from initial concept through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing large-scale agricultural initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budget for agricultural and palm-related projects.

Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Lead and motivate project teams to ensure commitment and delivery of key milestones.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety requirements.

Manage project budgets, track expenditure, and ensure financial objectives are met.

Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external partners.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Project Manager, specifically within the agriculture, agribusiness, or horticulture sectors.

Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of palm cultivation and management is essential.

A bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) and software.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

A project management professional (PMP) certification would be considered a significant advantage.

Must be willing to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
