Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program management activities for the Group AI Office and coordinate execution of the AI transformation roadmap.
• Ensure high-quality analysis, planning, and delivery of AI initiatives, including validation of roadmaps and transformation plans.
• Prepare regular progress reports and performance updates for Group AI leadership and senior executive forums.
• Drive momentum of AI initiatives by working closely with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Support preparation of materials for governance reviews, steering committees, and leadership decision forums.
• Implement best practice standards for PMO governance, reporting, and portfolio management.
• Syndicate insights, results, and progress updates across stakeholders while managing expectations effectively.
• Support analytical activities for initiative planning, business case development, and impact assessment.
• Develop data-driven insights to support decision making and benefits realization tracking.
• Monitor progress of strategic AI initiatives against defined milestones and outcomes.
• Collaborate with AI Office leadership and HR to support AI adoption, change management, and talent upskilling initiatives.
• Ensure organizational change initiatives are sustained to support long-term AI adoption and business readiness.

Ideal Profile

• Business or technical degree from a reputable institution.
• 8 to 10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 to 5 years in management consulting or business program management roles.
• Strong experience in digital or technology-led transformation programs and complex, multi-stream initiatives.
• Proven capability in PMO office management, program governance, and benefits realization.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a large, matrixed organization.
