Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Manage the performance of the design team to ensure designs are made in proper manner that is in compliance with the scope of work requirements. Review and provide feedback on all drawings and documents submitted by the Design Team and ensure the incorporation of all revisions on all documents. Control and manage the Senior Discipline Engineers of the Project Management Team in respect of Design aspects. Manage the preparation, submission and obtaining of all required planning and authority approvals. Ensure that a detailed and methodical value engineering and constructability process is adopted throughout the project design process. Propose alternative materials/systems to improve the design operation and construction cost through the project life cycle. Review the Project Strategy and provide a recommendation to the concerned project leader. Provide support in Site Supervisory capacity
Minimum Qualification
Degree in Architectural field
Minimum Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience Design Development with internationally-recognised developers or architectural firms * Must have experience on ultra-luxury villa design and project management through full development cycle
