Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Project Manager -Acoustic Works

to lead and manage high-end fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver commercial/residential fit-out projects in accordance with project timelines, budgets, and client specifications. Take over the project details from the design team and mobilize on site. Coordinate with design team, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Manage and supervise site teams, including foremen, engineers, and subcontractors. Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, permits, and approvals. Prepare and submit regular progress reports, snag lists, and handover documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and/or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in managing interior fit-out projects (hospitality, retail, commercial, or residential sectors). Proven track record of successfully delivering turnkey fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of project management tools, construction methodologies, and interior finishes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera (preferred). Knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.). PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. UAE driving license is preferred.
