The Role

Position Title:

Fit-out Project Manager - Interior Works Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences. : o Plan, manage, and execute fit-out and construction projects from concept to completion. o Prepare project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans. o Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and safety standards. o Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors for smooth project delivery.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. o At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in fit-out or interior construction for luxury villa & high-end residential projects o Proven track record handling interior finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, custom furnishings, and FF&E delivery. o Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, consultants' requirements, authority approvals, budgeting, and scheduling.
