We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager/Team Lead to join our team at Construction Experts Engineering. We are seeking an individual with proven experience in managing construction projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Utilize strong organizational skills to effectively plan and allocate resources for each project. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, resolve any construction-related issues, and ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with the design team to interpret architectural plans and specifications, ensuring they are accurately implemented during the construction phase. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all project personnel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture engineering. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction, with a proven track record of successful project management. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.). Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes related to UAE. Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve excellence. Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers in the construction industry. Familiarity with CAD software for architectural drafting and design.
