Key Responsibilities
Manage interior fit-out projects from
award to final handover
Plan and track project programs using
Primavera P6 / MS Project
Coordinate with
clients, consultants, mall management, and authorities
Control
project budgets, variations, and subcontractor performance
Ensure compliance with
approved drawings, specifications, and authority approvals
Oversee
QA/QC, snagging, testing & commissioning, and handover
Enforce
HSE standards
and site safety requirements
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
7-12 years
experience in
UAE interior fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of
commercial, retail, and banking fit-out works
Proficient in
Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
