We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects in accordance with approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute projects from start to completion.

Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.

Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and health & safety standards.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 12 years of total professional experience in project management.

At least 5 years of experience in the UAE working specifically as a Project Manager.

Having previous experience working in Abu Dhabi especially for governmental projects.

Strong knowledge of construction/project management practices and UAE regulations.

Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.

Proficiency in project management tools and reporting.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.

PMP or equivalent professional certification is preferred.

Valid UAE driving license is required.
