Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager - Joinery

to manage and deliver high-quality joinery and fit-out projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and proven experience in managing joinery works within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute joinery projects from design approval to final handover Coordinate with designers, engineers, production teams, and site supervisors Review shop drawings, material submittals, and production schedules Monitor project timelines, costs, quality standards, and resource allocation Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to ensure smooth project execution Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards Manage variations, claims, and project documentation Ensure timely procurement of materials and coordination with the factory Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports Ensure final snagging, approvals, and project close-out documentation

Requirements:

Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in joinery or interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred) Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes Experience with shop drawings, AutoCAD, and project schedules Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
