Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of experience
in construction projects--preferably villas and LGSF systems.
Strong
project management and site supervision skills

Excellent
management, planning, and organizational abilities
.
Proven ability to coordinate with
clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
.
Good understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, and site reporting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily project site operations.
Manage work progress, manpower, and material planning.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and follow up on planned activities.
Coordinate with consultants and clients to resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure timely execution of works as per schedule.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
High problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
