Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated

Civil Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing multiple residential and commercial projects, coordinating with all stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of experience

in construction projects--preferably villas and LGSF systems. Strong

project management and site supervision skills

. Excellent

management, planning, and organizational abilities

. Proven ability to coordinate with

clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

. Good understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, and site reporting. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily project site operations. Manage work progress, manpower, and material planning. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and compliance with project specifications. Prepare daily/weekly reports and follow up on planned activities. Coordinate with consultants and clients to resolve issues efficiently. Ensure timely execution of works as per schedule.

Skills Required:



Strong leadership and team-management skills. High problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. Excellent communication (Arabic is an advantage). Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
