Resource Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget. Experience in the manufacturing industry--particularly in automotive--is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Track project progress to ensure milestones are met within scope, cost, and schedule.
Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and quality.
Manage stakeholder expectations, reporting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards applicable in the UAE.
Support process improvements and standardization within the Project Management Office (PMO).
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field (master's preferred).
8-12 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing; automotive experience is a plus.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and tools (PMBOK, MS Project, etc.).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of UAE local safety, industrial, and regulatory standards is an advantage.
Salary:
Competitive, based on experience + benefits as per UAE Labor Law.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
