Proven track record in insuring timely completion of task within the budget and high technical standards .
Demonstrable experience on large scale interior fit out/joinery projects
All project management and other applicable documentation Conduct meetings with client to provide project status updates which can include, but not limited to, projected crew work schedules, revisions to scope and schedule. Promote and maintain a good relationship with client.
Prepare brief summary reports , Method Statements, project status and problem areas.
Review invoices and applications for payment to assure accuracy of tabulations, accuracy of completion percentage, and recommend approval or disapproval, variation reports.
Support Accounts in the raising of all invoices in a timely and expeditious manner and liaise closely with the client to ensure timely payment throughout the project, including release of any retention.
Ensure orderly close-out of the project, obtain final certificates from the customer, archive all project documentation and prepare all close-out documentation.

Candidate with Driving License will be an added preference.
