Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, Equivalency Certificate i mustExperience:
7-10 years in construction, with at least 3-5 years in project management trong leadership and organizational skills Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and UAE building codes Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones. Allocate resources and assign tasks to site teams. Use project management software (Primavera, MS Project) for scheduling. Prepare and manage project budgets. Monitor expenditures and ensure financial efficiency. Approve invoices, variations, and change orders. Lead and supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors. Ensure effective communication between stakeholders. Resolve conflicts and maintain workflow continuity. Ensure compliance with construction standards, codes, and regulations. Implement safety protocols and conduct site inspections. Oversee quality assurance and control processes.Job Type: Full-time
