We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead and manage high-rise building projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, site execution, cost control, and coordination with consultants and clients within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all project phases including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Manage project teams and ensure work progress meets deadlines, quality, and safety standards.
Review and approve project drawings, technical submittals, and materials.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and HSE requirements.
Monitor project budgets, variations, and cash flow.
Prepare regular project progress reports for management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field.
10-15 years of UAE experience
, with a proven record managing
high-rise building projects
.
Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
In-depth knowledge of
FIDIC contracts, local regulations, and construction standards
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Candidates from outside the UAE
