Minimum of
10 years of project management experience

luxury palace construction
or similar high-end projects.
Strong
leadership and organizational skills
with a proven ability to manage large, complex projects.
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(written and spoken).
Valid
UAE driving license
.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and project management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with luxury or high-profile clients.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
