Lead end-to-end execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards are met. Prepare schedules, cost plans, and risk registers while driving productivity and reporting performance. Oversee resources, subcontractors, and client/authority coordination. Uphold HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements while managing permits, claims, and lessons learned.
