Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and industry standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage project risks, issues, and change orders effectively.
Oversee project resources, including manpower, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and prepare management reports.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Master's preferred).
Minimum 15 years of experience in project management within the construction/engineering sector.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in the UAE/GCC.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
