We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Project Manager

with a strong background in

civil engineering and construction project delivery

. The ideal candidate must have

at least 10 years of experience

in managing construction projects, be fluent in

Arabic

, and hold a

civil engineering degree

. This role involves overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget control, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and engineering codes. Manage project risks, changes, and issues effectively. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Supervise site activities and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Support procurement and contract administration processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

(Master's degree is a plus).

Minimum 10 years of experience

in construction project management.

Fluent in Arabic

(spoken and written) -

mandatory

. Proven track record of delivering large-scale civil construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project). Knowledge of local construction laws, regulations, and permitting processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent project management certification. Experience in infrastructure, residential, or commercial construction projects in the MENA region. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and project controls
