Lead and manage construction projects from planning to handover.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications.
Manage project risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Supervise site operations to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
7-8 years of experience
as a Project Manager in construction.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills in English;
Arabic language proficiency preferred
.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.
