Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Can prepare BOQ and quotations for fitout projects
Manage project budgets and control costs.
Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee day-to-day operations on-site and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings with stakeholders.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve project-related issues swiftly to avoid delays.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in contracting or construction projects specifically in
Fitout
.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
