Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Civil Engineer with a strong background in facade engineering to oversee the successful execution of facade projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing facade works within the construction industry and possess excellent leadership, technical, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage facade engineering projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met. Review and approve facade designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards. Manage site teams and oversee on-site installation and construction activities. Resolve any technical issues or site-related challenges that arise during project execution. Conduct regular project meetings and update stakeholders on project milestones and risks. Manage procurement schedules, contracts, and budget control related to facade works.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on facade engineering. Proven experience in managing large-scale facade projects in the UAE or GCC region. Strong technical knowledge of facade systems including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum systems. Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Strong communication and negotiation skills. PMP certification is an advantage.
