Project Manager | Location - DubaiWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale, high-impact IT Cloud Migration projects.Key Requirements:o Minimum 10 years of Project/Program and team management experience, including 3+ years with Agile delivery modelso 5+ years in a large, complex IT environment (Government sector experience preferred)o Experience working with IT Cloud Infrastructure in Professional Services or Consulting firms (SaaS/IaaS preferred) Experience handling M365 and Azure cloud migration projects is mandateo Successfully managed complex Microsoft Cloud Migration projects with 10,000+ users/deviceso In-depth understanding of migration challenges and mitigation strategies o Proficient in project methodologies--WBS, risk/issue management, resource loading, monitoring & controllingo Able to handle multiple projects under tight timelines and budgetso Skilled in scheduling, stakeholder communication, team coordination, and contingency planningo Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)o PMP and PSM certifications are a plus
