Looking for Project Manager for a Civil Contracting company in Abu Dhabi.

Experience: 10 years

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles, promptly addressing any issues that may arise during construction.

Compliance with Local Authorities Guidelines: Maintain a thorough understanding of local authorities guidelines and regulations pertaining to residential building construction in Dubai.
Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained, and construction activities comply with relevant codes and standards.

Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and manage the project team, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Provide clear direction and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and consultants, to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.

Quality Control and Assurance: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and construction practices.
Conduct regular inspections to assess construction progress and ensure compliance with specifications and design requirements.

Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options without compromising quality or safety.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in civil construction. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to adapt to changing project requirements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and tools.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
