Geotechnical Construction Discipline
Project Management Professional certification is a plus
Must have expertise in geotechnical, piling, and shoring works
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Lead and drive BCP
Lead HSE culture for the project in line with company and local requirements
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare and present budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to management about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Track project costs to meet budget
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Attending meeting with clients and local authorities
Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
Manage human resources related to the project
Understand and execute the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
