Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled
Project Manager
with a strong background in
joinery and interior fit-out
, ideally with
experience in the UAE market
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from design approval to final installation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee joinery projects (especially for schools and nurseries) from start to finish.
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and the internal design and production teams.
Supervise site activities to ensure timely and high-quality installation of furniture.
Ensure all project work complies with local safety and building regulations.
Manage project budgets, prepare reports, and track progress against timelines.
Attend site meetings, provide updates, and resolve any site-related issues.
Coordinate deliveries, manpower allocation, and resources across multiple sites.
Ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams to guarantee satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a
joinery or furniture manufacturing company
.
Experience in
school/nursery fit-outs
or kids' furniture is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of joinery materials, production processes, and installation techniques.
UAE experience
is essential; knowledge of local suppliers, standards, and regulations.
Valid UAE driving license
is preferred (must be willing to travel to sites).
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in the UAE joinery/interior fit-out industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
