Group Three General Contracting is seeking a

highly experienced Project Manager

with

8-10 years of proven experience specifically in the UAE's interior fit-out industry

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to successful handover Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution Prepare and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure timely procurement of materials Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Conduct regular site visits and lead project meetings Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with UAE regulations

Requirements:

8-10 years of UAE experience

in the

interior fit-out industry

(Mandatory) Experience working with

reputed fit-out companies

and delivering

notable, high-quality projects

Excellent

English communication skills

;

Arabic is an advantage

Valid UAE Driving License

(Mandatory) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Able to manage deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Immediate availability

will be given preference
