Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects in line with contract requirements and client expectations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple sites.
Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, ADM), and all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure full compliance with UAE building codes, HSE regulations, and company quality standards.
Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract negotiation processes in coordination with the commercial team.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely execution of work as per approved project schedules.
Identify and mitigate risks and delays, implementing corrective actions when needed.
Manage and coordinate the work of site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Prepare and present regular progress reports, budget updates, and project documentation to senior management and clients.
Ensure proper project close-out, snagging, and successful handover to the client.
