Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager with relevant years of experience to join our Supervision Project Delivery Team in Abu Dhabi. This key role involves leading the post-contract construction supervision team, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget while maintaining contractual compliance.

Responsibilities:

The role covers the following responsibilities including but not limited to:

PM will supervise the work of the site engineers and the work inspectors working on the construction supervision. Must serve as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the entire project, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, any requests for information relating to the drainage and associated works. Demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience in the execution of civil building projects. Ability to make senior-level project decisions and liaise with applicable authorities. Coordinate his direct activities with the other discipline RE's to maintain consistency and integrity in the overall construction Coordinate with the Contractor on scheduling and application of resources Act as the main point of contact between the engineering consultancy and the client. Regularly communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction. Familiar with Abu Dhabi regulations General Conditions of the Contract Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety procedures on the project.

Skill Sets required:

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Projects. Excellent written and communication skills (English), time management, and supervisory skills Demonstrated ability to prepare instructions, specifications, reports, and cost estimates. Manage relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Experience in Submittal administration/Site supervision/Team Management and manage technical issues.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering/Architecture or related field.
