We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee complex projects and ensure their timely, within-budget, and high-quality completion.
Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure on-time completion.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve optimal performance
Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures to stay within allocated limits.
Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to update progress and address concerns.
Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Oversee contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all terms.
Resolve project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience (preferably in construction, engineering, or IT industries).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
PMP certification is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
