Job Description

We are urgently looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Project Manager to carry out the below duties and responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities.
  • Key Laison between tenants and ADD stakeholders, i.e. EPC, HSE, BD RE, Marketing, Maintenance once lease contracts are signed by Rental Sales Manager & Tenant.
  • Manage and support tenant to obtain necessary internal ADD approvals.
  • Lead the kickoff meeting between tenant & internal ADD stakeholders and organize periodic meeting to track project milestones.
  • Track overall project delivery and share periodic report to provide awareness to ADD management on progress/critical path and support required to unblock challenges.
  • Monitor and coordinate with tenants throughout the fit-out process to ensure compliance with ADD guidelines
  • Address all tenant technical questions to ADD internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely opening.
Qualifications & Experience required
Any Engineering Degree with Minimum 15 years of experience in which 5 years should be in a Managerial (Preferably in in interface role) in Abu Dhabi.
Must have handled various legal-commercial activities with the local authorities in Abu Dhabi.
Experience in handling tenant management and lease management.
Well versed in regulations and compliance in the Abu Dhabi.
