Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise site crews (day & night shifts).
Prepare work plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with HSE and QC standards.
Track project performance, budgets, and schedules.
Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Lead and motivate the site team, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 7 years' experience in piling and infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Knowledge of HSE and quality standards in construction.
