Support the software development portfolio by ensuring consistent project governance, standards, reporting, and performance tracking across all programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain project management standards, templates, and governance procedures.
Collect, validate, and update project/portfolio data.
Track progress, risks, issues, changes, and dependencies.
Support creation and updating of project plans and baselines.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and highlight reports.
Facilitate planning, risk, and start-up/closure workshops.
Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Support transition from development to UAT/production.
Requirements
Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science or related field.
3-6 years in PMO/P3O or project governance roles.
Knowledge of PMI/PRINCE2/Agile methods.
Strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
Experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
