We are seeking an experienced PROJECT MANAGEMENT with a proven track record in managingin SALES AND MARKETING. Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning:
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Resource Management:
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary resources for project execution.
  • Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams involved in project execution.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, progress metrics, and potential issues.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Budget and Cost Management:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Track project expenses and reconcile against budget allocations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising project quality.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Establish quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify and address quality issues promptly.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve project outcomes.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project success.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address identified risks.

  • Stakeholder Management:

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in sales and marketing environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
