We are seeking an experienced PROJECT MANAGEMENT with a proven track record in managingin SALES AND MARKETING. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, milestones, and resource requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary resources for project execution.
Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.
Communication and Collaboration:
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams involved in project execution.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, progress metrics, and potential issues.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Budget and Cost Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Track project expenses and reconcile against budget allocations.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising project quality.
Quality Assurance:
Establish quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify and address quality issues promptly.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve project outcomes.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project success.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address identified risks.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in sales and marketing environments.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
