: As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Dibba Mountain Park and Resort, you will be a vital part of our team responsible for promoting our resort\'s services and driving revenue growth. This role presents an exciting opportunity to apply your sales and marketing expertise in a stunning natural setting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue. - Identify and target new customer segments and markets. - Create and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners. - Implement digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and email marketing to increase brand visibility and engagement. - Generate and maintain leads, conduct sales presentations, and close deals. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make data-driven recommendations. - Participate in trade shows, promotional events, and networking opportunities to expand the resort\'s reach. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies. - Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management tools. - A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Enthusiasm for the travel and tourism sector.
