JOB: Sales and Marketing Lead About the Company: Swati Interior Decoration LLC is a Joinery and fit out company based in Dubai (UAE) and Mumbai (India). We have worked in the field for the past 40 years. We provide complete Unit Services for any interior project. We help transform our client\'s space by offering a wide variety of services that add functionality, comfort and aesthetics to any space. Our expertise lies in various segments ranging from Project Management, Civil Work, MEP, Joinery and Paint & Polish. Since its inception Swati has had associations and alliances with leading architects/designers in UAE, India and across the globe. The listed job requirement is for Swati Interior Decoration LLC, Dubai (on-site). We are looking for an enterprising team member to help us contribute and add to our vision of providing the best services to our clients in accordance with premium quality standards. Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize key Architecture, Interior, Contracting and Design firms to target for partnership and promotion of Swati Interior Decoration LLC
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the identified key firms to promote Swati
- Provide service information to prospective clientele to promote and build partnership with
- Build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow business with the identified firms. This will include - setting appointments, preparing and delivering presentations, escorting Swati Interior Decoration LLC (facility) visits and conducting site visits to achieve exponential growth
- Define and device sales strategy to achieve quarterly revenue goals
- Assist and participate in preparing and delivering client presentations with Swati Interior
- Develops strategies and creative solutions when preparing to address client needs, clearly articulating value of Swati Interior Decoration LLC service solutions
- Facilitate in producing all marketing and sales related collateral materials
- Seal opportunities ranging from small to large band.
- Successfully responding to the objections, negotiations, to reach long-term acceptable and profitable business relationships and agreements for Swati Interior Decoration LLC.
- Device, Maintain and promote an effective social media presence in the market
- Attend and represent Swati Interior Decoration LLC at relevant industry events and trade shows, building brand recognition and networking with potential clienteles
- 5+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the Interior industry, Design,
- Strong relationship building skills. Clear articulation abilities including both oral and written skills
- Fluency in English. Outgoing and engaging personality.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and Multi-task oriented.
- Ability to organize and prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint. Additional advantages - Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD.
- Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Interior Fit Out sales: 5 years (Preferred)
