Project Lead (ICT & ELV)Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead - Projects to manage the successful delivery of ICT and ELV projects. The role involves leading engineers and technicians, coordinating with clients and vendors, preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports, presenting progress updates in weekly meetings, and ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project execution.
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field 10+ years of experience in ICT and ELV projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of ELV systems:
+ CCTV Surveillance
+ Access Control
+ Structured Cabling (Data & Voice)
+ ICT Active Networking
Other Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools * Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
