Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Project Lead with extensive ERP development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ERP Development Cycle, Team management, Client handling, full-stack development, and API exposure. The candidate should have strong programming knowledge in C#/.NET/Java and Database Management System (DBMS) knowledge in MS SQL, Oracle, Reporting Tools.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage our ERP development projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Candidate should be capable of handling clients, understand their requirement and lead the team to make necessary changes as required by the client. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ERP development and technology.
Conduct Business Requirement meeting.

Overlook entire activities of the team and make sure the deadlines are met. Perform Database management tasks such as Report Creations, Data Migration, Data backup , Data recovery etc.

Key Skills

Strong understanding and working experience of ERP Systems, its Development and Implementation. Programming knowledge in

C#/.NET/Java (any one Language)

Strong Knowledge in DBMS such as MS SQL/ORACLE and REPORTING TOOLS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. (Any Masters you can specify) Minimum Six Years of experience in ERP development, with a focus on team management and client handling.(Maximum 9 Years). Capable of Managing and Overseeing the ERP projects Should be Capable of conducting Quality Checking. Capable of Developing Project Plans, Project Timelines and Budgets. Strong understanding of full-stack development. Experience with API development and integration. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Should be capable of handling more than one project at a time. Capable of handling the team. Problem Solving Skills Pleasant personality with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
