Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized

Project Lead

to head the development and implementation of ERPNext systems along with overseeing mobile and backend development projects. The ideal candidate has experience leading technical teams, working with ERPNext, managing Linux environments, and delivering high-quality applications through coordinated teamwork and agile processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the customization, deployment, and user onboarding of

ERPNext

systems Manage

Linux-based servers

including setup, updates, security, and performance tuning Supervise

React Native

mobile application development for Android and iOS Integrate external services via

WhatsApp Business API

and

Twilio

Design, develop, and maintain backend modules using

Python

Oversee

MariaDB

database management, optimization, and backup strategies Manage code repositories and workflows through

GitHub

Collaborate closely with UI/UX, QA, and business teams to deliver scalable digital products Prepare technical documentation and provide project updates to stakeholders
Required Skills

Strong experience in

ERPNext/Frappe

framework and business process mapping Proficient in

Python

, with backend application development experience Hands-on with

React Native

for cross-platform mobile app development Solid understanding of

Linux server administration

Experience integrating

RESTful APIs

, including WhatsApp API and Twilio Proficiency in

MariaDB

or MySQL, including schema design and performance tuning Comfortable using

Git/GitHub

for version control and collaboration Ability to manage agile teams and deliver high-quality software on schedule
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)

Minimum 3 years

of ERPNext project experience

Minimum 2 years

leading teams on full-stack or ERP projects Added advantage: Exposure to UI/UX design workflows Experience in retail, manufacturing, or service-sector ERP deployment
