TITLE: Project Finance Specialist Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with transaction experience who is eager to play a critical role and advise in the energy and water sectors. You will manage the execution of large-scale due diligence / PPP projects / transactions in the energy and water sectors in this role. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Preparing comprehensive financial models and all relevant documentation- like drafting Information Memorandums, Teasers, Project Briefs, Notes for addressing Lender/ Advisor queries/ sustainable lending questionnaire etc. for achieving financial closure of the projects. Manage coordination with banks, financial institutions as well as consultants to arrange for syndication and sourcing of funds from various financial institutions, banks and lease finance companies Achieving financial closure for water desalination projects- for PPP or EPC contracts. Interacting with Lenders, Insurers, Advisors, Tax Consultants, and Lawyers for due diligence activities, Investment Agreements and closure of Project Finance transactions. Co-ordinate with vendors for project related payments and banks for issuance of LCs. Assist commercial team in bidding process for upcoming projects- including financial models and presentations for internal stakeholders as well as external investors. Provide contractual support to Business Development team during negotiations. Mapping the project expenses with Budget and prepare MIS for presenting to the top management. Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Graduate / Postgraduate in Accounts & Finance.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferably in infrastructure projects- Water, Power, Manufacturing etc.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
GCC experience will be advantageous.
Excellent understanding and background corporate finance & investment.
Excellent analytical, quantitative and financial modelling skills.
