About the Role

We are a fast-growing interior fit-out company in Dubai and are looking for a

Project Execution Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing interior fit-out project execution, coordinating site teams, ensuring quality control, and maintaining client satisfaction from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Review drawings, technical specifications, and ensure work is executed as per standards Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control Manage project documentation, progress reports, and site logs Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities whenever required Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide timely resolutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Engineering / Architecture or related field

Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience

in interior fit-out project execution Strong technical knowledge of materials, drawings, and site procedures Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines UAE driving licence preferred
