Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for civil projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Perform quantity take-offs and rate analysis.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Support tender submissions and bid evaluations.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience as a Project Estimator in civil construction.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market rates.
Skills
Strong analytical and estimation skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
