We are actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Project Engineer
specializing in
false ceiling and painting works
. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
6-8 years of relevant experience
in interior fit-out or construction projects, with the ability to manage project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee execution of false ceiling and painting works on-site
Review project drawings, BOQs, and ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards
Manage subcontractors, site engineers, and labor teams
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues
Ensure safety compliance and quality control throughout the project
Prepare daily and weekly site reports for management and clients
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (or related field)
6-8 years of experience in
false ceiling and painting
, preferably in interior fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of materials, installation methods, and finishing standards
Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and project documents
Locally available
in the UAE and ready to join immediately or with short notice
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
