Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision:
Lead, train, and mentor installation crews in false ceiling (gypsum, grid, decorative) and related finishing works.
Technical Execution:
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure work is performed to project requirements, building codes, and quality standards.
Quality Control:
Inspect work in progress to guarantee quality and adherence to timelines and specifications.
Resource Management:
Plan and schedule work assignments, ensure efficient use of labor and materials, and manage inventory to prevent work stoppages.
Safety:
Ensure all safety protocols are followed, conduct safety training, and monitor the safe use of tools and equipment.
Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact between the crew, project managers, engineers, and clients, resolving on-site issues and providing progress reports.
Administration:
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
Problem-Solving:
Proactively identify and resolve site issues, conflicts, and roadblocks to ensure project progress.
Qualifications
Proven experience of 5 years as a foreman or supervisor in false ceiling ,gypsum, grid, and decorative
Ability to read drawings, manage site workers, and coordinate with engineers.
Strong knowledge of false ceiling and drywall systems, installation techniques, specifications, and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with managing crews, scheduling, and site logistics is essential.
