We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced engineer (

) with a strong background in civil engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE, specifically in Dubai, focusing on residential villas and pools. The candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the construction of villas according to approved plans and specifications Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met. Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Address any technical issues that arise during the construction process. Implement safety and quality control measures on-site Coordinate the handing over of completed works to the clients and completion of the necessary rectification works, per the project specification. To check the materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements. To provide data in respect of variation orders and site instructions. To provide measurement and valuation, in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate. Maintain accurate and organized records of all submissions and correspondence with authorities.
Regulatory Submission Management:

Prepare, review, and submit all regulatory documents to relevant authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Emaar, Trakhees, and Concordia. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and submission timelines, while ensuring adherence to residential community guidelines on permissible structural extensions and land area use. Have a solid understanding of guidelines specific to residential communities like Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Island, and Al Barari. Provide expert guidance on structural limitations and permissible extensions in these communities.
Education: Bachelor's Civil/Structural Engineer (Required Minimum)

Experience: Minimum 6+ years of UAE experience in construction of Residential Villas (required).

Good communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines and authority submission requirements (Dubai Municipality, Emaar, Trakhees, Concordia, Nakheel, Meydan etc.).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with residential communities in Dubai, including Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Island, and Al Barari.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.

Basic knowledge of Civil, Structural, and MEP drawings (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
