Job Description

Position: Project Engineer - Electrical (MEP)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (accredited university)

Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of UAE/Gulf experience in MEP/Electromechanical projects

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems: lighting, power, LV systems, containment, etc.

- Hands-on experience in site execution, project coordination, and material planning

- Familiar with authority standards: DEWA, ADDC, Etisalat, etc.

- Capable of preparing shop drawings, material submittals, and load schedules

- Experience in managing subcontractors, project timelines, and QA/QC compliance

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university

Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of UAE/Gulf experience in MEP/Electromechanical projects

Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems

- Experience in site execution, project coordination, and material planning

- Familiar with authority regulations (e.g., DCD, DM, ADEK) and approval processes

- Capable of reviewing/issuing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements

- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project scheduling tools

- Experience in supervising subcontractors and ensuring work complies with design and safety standards

- Other:

- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

- Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
